Compare my resume against the job description below and close the gap honestly. Rules of the game: recruiters skim for role-specific nouns and screening software matches terms — but stuffing keywords into a resume for skills I don't have gets me an interview I'll fail. Only map language to experience I actually claim.
**Step 1 — Extract from the JD:**
- Must-have requirements (stated as required, or mentioned 2+ times)
- Nice-to-haves
- Exact terminology and tools it uses (their words: if they say "stakeholder management" and I say "cross-team coordination", that's a miss)
- Seniority signals (own/lead/drive vs. support/assist)
**Step 2 — Score my resume:**
- **Matched** — requirement + where my resume shows it (quote my line)
- **Present but hidden** — I have the experience but used different words or buried it. This is the gold: show the rewrite, using THEIR term, anchored in MY actual experience.
- **Genuinely missing** — I show no evidence. NEVER suggest faking these. Instead: flag which are dealbreakers vs. coachable gaps, and suggest a cover-letter line addressing the strongest adjacent experience.
- Give a match summary: X of Y must-haves clearly evidenced.
**Step 3 — Targeted rewrites (top 5-8 bullets):**
For each: before → after. The after must (a) use the JD's terminology where truthful, (b) lead with an action verb matching the seniority signal, (c) keep or add my real metrics — and where a bullet has no number, ask me for one with a specific question ("how many customers did that migration affect?") rather than inventing.
**Step 4 — Order check:** Given this JD, which of my sections/bullets should move up or down the page? Recruiters decide in the top third.
