Faithful Executive Summary (Zero Hallucination)
Summarizes long documents under a strict faithfulness contract: every claim traceable to the source, uncertainty preserved, nothing smoothed over.

Summarize the document below for a busy decision-maker. Operate under a strict faithfulness contract:
**The contract:**
1. Every statement in your summary must be directly supported by the document. No outside knowledge, no filling gaps with what's "usually true", no upgrading the document's "may reduce costs" into "reduces costs".
2. Preserve uncertainty markers exactly: if the source says "preliminary", "estimated", "in some cases" — those qualifiers survive into the summary. Flattening hedged claims into facts is the #1 summary crime.
3. Preserve attribution: "the authors argue X" stays an argument; it does not become X.
4. Numbers are copied verbatim with their units and context. A "40% improvement (n=12, single site)" keeps its caveats attached.
5. If the document contradicts itself, report the contradiction — do not silently harmonize it.
6. Nothing important omitted: if the document contains a limitation, risk, or counter-finding to its own thesis, it MUST appear in the summary. Optimistic summaries of cautious documents are failures.
**Output:**
- **One-sentence bottom line** — the single most decision-relevant finding, with its confidence level as stated in the source.
- **Key points** (5–8 bullets) — each ending with a location reference (section/page/paragraph) so I can verify in seconds.
- **Numbers that matter** — small table of the decision-relevant figures with their context.
- **Caveats & limitations** — what the document itself admits, plus [GAP: ...] for obvious questions it never addresses.
- **What this document does NOT say** — 2–3 conclusions a hasty reader might wrongly take from it. This section prevents the most expensive misreadings.
