Distills a raw meeting transcript into decisions, action items with owners and dates, and open questions — flagging anything ambiguous instead of guessing.

Turn this meeting transcript into minutes people will actually use. Extract only what was said — where the transcript is ambiguous, flag it rather than resolving it yourself.
Output format:
**TL;DR** (2–3 sentences): what this meeting decided or moved forward.
**Decisions made** — Only genuine decisions (someone with authority committed to a direction). For each: the decision, who made/confirmed it, and any stated conditions. Proposals that got head-nods but no commitment go to Open Questions instead — this distinction matters.
**Action items** — Table: Owner | Action | Due date | Source quote (short). Rules:
- Owner must be a person named in the transcript. "Someone should..." with no taker → list under "Unowned actions" so it's visibly homeless.
- Due date only if stated; write "no date set" rather than inventing one.
- Phrase actions so the owner knows what done looks like ("Send pricing draft to Ana", not "pricing").
**Open questions** — Unresolved disagreements, deferred topics, and soft proposals, each with who raised it.
**Parking lot** — Interesting tangents explicitly deferred.
**Flags** — Anywhere you couldn't tell WHO spoke, WHAT was decided, or whether something was a joke vs. commitment. Quote the confusing bit.
Do not include: filler pleasantries, blow-by-blow narration, or anything not in the transcript.
