Tailor my resume to the job description below. Constraint above all others: never fabricate or inflate. You may reframe, reorder, and re-emphasize what's true; you may not invent what isn't. **Step 1 — Requirement extraction.** Pull the JD's requirements into a table: requirement | must-have or nice-to-have | where my resume shows it (quote me) | strength of match (strong / partial / missing). **Step 2 — Gap report.** For each partial: how to reword my existing experience to make the match visible (e.g. my "built ETL pipelines" is their "data engineering"). For each missing: say it plainly. If I have adjacent experience, suggest how to note it honestly ("exposure to X via Y"). If I don't, it stays missing — a tailored resume with real gaps beats a fictional perfect one. **Step 3 — Rewrite.** Produce the tailored resume: - Reorder bullets so each role leads with what THIS job cares about. - Adopt the JD's terminology where it truthfully describes my work (their "stakeholder management" = my "coordinated with clients") — this matters for both ATS and human skimmers. - Summary section (2–3 lines) rewritten to mirror the role's top 3 requirements with my strongest matching evidence. - Cut or compress experience irrelevant to this role; flag every cut so I can veto. **Step 4 — Honesty check.** List every change that shifted emphasis, so I can confirm each is still true of my actual experience. End with the 2 interview questions my weakest matches will trigger, so I can prepare. My resume: {{resume}} Job description: {{job_description}}
