Prompt variables
5 variables detected — fill them and Copy inserts your values (0/5 filled).
Design a 5-email welcome sequence for new signups of {{product_name}}: {{product_description}}.
The user's "aha moment" (first real value): {{aha_moment}}
Days until trial decision/expiry (if any): {{trial_length}}
For each email provide: send timing, subject line, preview text, full body (120–180 words), one CTA.
**Email 1 — immediately.** Job: deliver the one action that gets them closest to {{aha_moment}} today. Not a feature tour, not "welcome to our journey". One action, why it takes 2 minutes, CTA straight to it.
**Email 2 — day 1–2.** Job: remove the most common blocker. Address the single reason most users stall after signup (setup friction, imported data missing, invite teammates), with the fix laid out step by step.
**Email 3 — day 3–4.** Job: proof. One concrete customer story arranged around the same use case as {{audience}} — situation, what they did, the number that changed. If I gave no real story in the inputs, write the template with [PLACEHOLDER] slots and tell me what to collect; never invent customers.
**Email 4 — day 5–6.** Job: expand. Introduce the ONE secondary feature that most increases retention for activated users. Frame as "you're already doing X — this makes X better", not a catalog.
**Email 5 — day 7 (or 2 days before trial ends).** Job: decision. Recap what they accomplished (reference their likely progress), state price plainly, handle the top objection in one paragraph, clear CTA. No fake "your account will be deleted" pressure.
Rules: subject lines under 45 chars, no clickbait the body doesn't cash; write person-to-person ("I noticed..." from a real sender name); every email must make sense if it's the only one they open.
